L'Oreal True Match Super Blendable Crayon Concealer (Review)

ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
This product retails for $7.99 at Target. Each pencil contains 0.01 oz of product. There are six shades available. The packaging is kind of like the packaging of Revlon's Lip Balm Stains. It's in a plastic tube and the product itself is shaped like a crayon. The bottom is twistable which means that there is no need for sharpening.
This product has such a creamy consistency. I found that it blends with the skin nicely without making it cakey. Once it is applied, it melts onto the skin. It definitely covers up imperfection. As you can see in the picture below, you'll see how it covered up the dark spot I've had from a pimple I had a couple weeks ago. It covered it pretty well. This product applies creamy and dries matte.

The shade I have is Light/Medium Warm W4-5

I would rate this product 5/5

I'm not big with concealers because I found most of them to be too liquidy that it doesn't cover up anything, or too creamy that it cakes up my face. BUT, this one is a combination of both so it's perfect! It applies creamy but dries matte without leaving my face cakey and disgusting. I feels like I have nothing on.

I used this product for a whole day and it barely moved. But I did set it with some powder, I'm not really sure how it performs alone. It would not stay as long but since it's matte, I think it would stay on for a couple hours. I recommend to set this with a little bit of powder though like any other concealer.
Overall, I'm very happy with this and I recommend everyone to get this product. It's great for everyday, whatever the weather.

Here is a swatch of the product:

As you can see in the image below, it covered up my blemish pretty well. It doesn't even look noticeable.

L'Oreal Double Extend Mascara (Review)

ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
L'Oreal have this product out for a while now. It is part of their permanent collection so it's always available. I bought mine at Target for $8.99 each. Each tube has a primer on one side and mascara on the other. The primer side has 0.17 fl oz/ 5.2mL of product and the mascara side has 0.16 fl oz/ 5 mL of product.

The idea behind this product is that you prime your lashes with the primer first to give it an "extension" and some volume, wait for it to dry, then put a coat of the mascara on top of the primer to mimic an eyelash extension or false eyelashes.

As you can see in the picture below, I demonstrated how the product would look like after each step.

I would rate this product 4/5

As you can see in the picture above, this product definitely lived up to its name. It extended my eyelashes and doubled its volume. What's great about this is that you can use the primer with other mascaras. I love what this product does to my eyelashes overall. It looks very natural.
The only thing I don't like about this is that the white primer is kind of hard to cover up with the mascara. You really have to wait for it to completely dry which makes this product not meant for people that doesn't have time to play around in front of the mirror. Another thing I don't like is how messy it gets when removing the product off your lashes. All the times that I use this mascara, some product got into my eye. Maybe I'm just clumsy. I would recommend this to people just to try out because I have mixed feelings about this. But overall, its a great product.

L'Oreal Youth Code BB Cream

ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
Each tube has 2.5 fl oz of product retails for $13.87 at Walmart and same price at Target. It comes in a nice silver tube. The consistency of the product is very thick. This product comes in 3 shades: Light, Medium, and Dark. This product claims to even, illuminate, perfect, moisturize, and correct your skin. It also claims to make your skin better the more you use it. It takes 2 weeks to get the full effect according to the box.

I would rate this product 4.5/5

This is a great product. This product makes my face looks very luminous but at the same time, it doesn't have microglitters unlike other products that claims to illuminate you skin. The consistency is fairly thick BUT it doesn't feel thick on the face. This product actually starts out with an oily feeling but dries to a matte finish. The only thing I don't like about this is that it takes a LONG time to dry that I have to set it with powder. It's not really a big deal. This product has a SHEER coverage, which I think is very beautiful on anyone. I like it when some of my imperfections show. As you can see on the bottom picture, it shows some of my dark spots but at the same time evens out my skin color.
I definitely recommend this to everyone!

Here are some swatches of the product:

Close up with BB Cream on.

L'Oreal Carbon Black Lineur Intense Eyeliner

ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
Each tube has 1.5mL of product and it retails for $7.94 at Walmart and $8.99 at Ulta.
The packaging is a nice sleek tube and the applicator is a felt tip. It's kind of like a small sponge

I would rate this product 4/5

I actually love this product. I've been using it for a couple of days to see how well it works and I actually love the result. It claims to stay on for 8 hours and I believe it did just that. I accidentally took a nap with this on and when I woke up, it was still on! It smudged a little but nothing too much. The brush can make thick and thin lines.

The only thing I don't like about this is the applicator. It's kind of like a sponge and from what I heard it's suppose to make the application easier but I'm having a hard time with this one. It's kind of hard to get the product on the brush and it makes it more streaky. But I'm not gonna give up. It's actually a great quality product and I just have to get used to the brush. I definitely recommend this to everyone! It's a great price and L'Oreal always has coupons available for their products.

Top 7 Favorite Red Lipsticks

I've been really loving red lipsticks for this fall and this is just top 7 of the lipsticks I've been loving to wear. Not only because they have pretty colors, but also because of the quality of these lipsticks individually. The list below is not in order.

From Left to Right:
1.) NYX in Eros - This lipstick has a creamy finish and only needs at least one touch up to last the day.
2.) Kat Von D in Underage Red - This is the epitome of red lips. It looks great on every skin color, lasts long, and looks great with Pin-up looks.
3.) Wet N' Wild in Red Velvet - Has a matte finish and lasts all day. The color is very pigmented and pops on the lips.
4.) MAC in Russian Red - Matte finish and lasts all day. When I wear this, I never had to re-apply. This is MY FAVORITE out of all the red lipsticks I own.
5.) L'Oreal in British Red - Very creamy and pigmented
6.) Milani in Hot Flash - Most pigmented foiled lipstick I've ever tried. Pencil form makes it easy to apply.
7.) ELF in Rich Red - For the price, this definitely surprised me. Amazing quality! Gives a nice matte finish and lasts all day.

L'Oreal True Match Lumi Foundation (Review)

I've heard many things about this product, so today I decided to try it out. I bought this at target for $10.99 but I had a coupon for $2 off. So I paid $8.99 which is not that bad. I got the shade in "Sun Beige" (W6). L'Oreal separated their foundation shades into 3 categories (Warm, Neutral, Cool).

Right when I got home today, I removed my makeup and tried this out just so I'd know if I got the right shade. Fortunately, I did and I found my newest favorite foundation! This product is amazing! I've used a bunch of high end foundations before and those tend to cake up or break me out but I can already tell that this foundation is different because when I tried out high end ones that irritated my skin, I can immediately feel the itchiness on my face after 10 minutes from putting it on. This product, however, did not irritate my skin at all. I'm still wearing it as I'm writing this blog post and I feel like I'm not even wearing any makeup.

As for the staying power and the coverage, I can't even complain! The staying power is amazing! I've been wearing this foundation for total of 5 hours and it's barely fading away. As for the coverage, I think people should never expect a FULL coverage. That's just movie shizz. This foundation has a medium coverage and that's what I'm really looking for. I just love every aspect of this product!

I would rate this product 5/5

Yes, it did not completely conceal my huge zit, BUT it concealed my dark circles and some redness around my face and that's enough for me. I know that foundations aren't suppose to cover up pimples and what not. Leave that job to the concealer. Anyways, I'm very happy with this purchase. It's lightweight, yet it covers what you need to cover. Also, it gives a a luminizing look to the face without it being glittery. I definitely recommend this product for everyone! Also, they have a great selection of colors, I'm sure anyone can try it!

Here are some pictures of me using the product:
No makeup. Check out my huge whoppin' zit! EW!

You can see in the picture below how much of a difference it made around my eyes and how much it concealed the redness around my nose.
With one layer of Lumi Foundation

This foundation gives such a beautiful dewey look without it being oily or glittery.
